Privacy

Hotdrop records Apex Legends match telemetry on the player's Windows PC and uploads it to a server we operate, so they can review their own matches on this site.

What we collect

• A username the player chooses in the app, plus a device identifier.
• Raw game events from Overwolf's Game Events Provider: placement, damage, kills, knocks, weapons held, rotation path, drop and death positions, squad, lobby roster, and the kill feed.
• Lobby roster includes other players' in-game names and platform identifiers. Those are kept scoped to the match they came from. We do not build public profiles of third parties.

How it is used

To show the player their session dashboard. v1 has no accounts: anyone who knows a username can open that player's dashboard. Do not pick a username you want kept private.

What we do not do

We do not sell this data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with Electronic Arts or Respawn. Overwolf may collect separate app-usage analytics as described in Overwolf's own privacy policy.

Retention

Events are stored until we delete the player's record on request. Email the operator of this site to have a username and its matches removed.
